Dr. Kurt P. Miceli, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.P., F.A.P.A.

Psychiatry and Internal Medicine

Dr. Miceli is board certified in psychiatry and internal medicine. He serves as Owner and President of Marcroft Medical Associates, P.C., an affiliate of Bancroft. In addition to his position at Marcroft, he serves as Chief Medical Officer at Bancroft, a leading nonprofit provider of specialized services for individuals with autism, other intellectual and developmental disabilities and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. He is currently an adjunct professor of health care economics at Villanova University.

Prior to joining Bancroft, Dr. Miceli was Medical Director for Crisis Services at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Carson Valley Children’s Aid. Previously, Dr. Miceli worked at Fairmount Behavioral Health System, where he served as President of the medical staff, Unit Medical Director, and a consultant psychiatrist to Chestnut Hill Hospital. He has also worked as a civilian psychiatrist at the United States Army Medical Command at West Point and as an assistant professor of neurobehavioral sciences at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Miceli received his medical degree from Drexel University and his B.S. in biology and B.A. in economics from Villanova University. He is also a graduate of the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia where he received his M.B.A.

Dr. Olga Goldfarb, M.D.

Pediatric Neurology

Dr. Goldfarb is board certified in neurology with certifications in pediatric neurology and headache medicine. Prior to joining Marcroft, Dr. Goldfarb served as Director of the Autism Program at Capital Health Hospital’s Capital Institute for Neurosciences. She also served as pediatric neurologist and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center. She has over 15 years of experience working with school districts to provide, among other services, neurological evaluations and assessments.

Dr. Goldfarb earned her medical degree from the Russian State Medical University in Moscow, Russia. She completed her residency in pediatrics and pediatric neurology at Nassau County Medical Center, in East Meadow, N.Y., where she was also Chief Resident.

Lisa Alberts, DNP, APRN-BC, PMHNP-BC

Lisa Alberts has nearly 30 years of experience working with children and adults with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. In addition to her role at Marcroft, she also serves as Senior Clinical Director for Children’s Health Service at Bancroft. In her nearly 20 years at Bancroft, she has held various roles, including Vice President of Nursing Services, Senior Director of Medical Services as well as various clinical roles. She also held positions at The Center for Neurological & Neurodevelopmental Health and the Center for Family Guidance.

Alberts is ANCC certified as an adult health nurse practitioner and a psychiatric & mental health nurse practitioner. She holds degrees from Duke University and La Salle University.

Stacey MacPaintsil-Ostrom, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Stacey MacPaintsil-Ostrom joins Marcroft as an advanced practice nurse who specializes in psychiatric mental health. In addition to her duties with Marcroft, she also maintains her position at Bancroft, where she provides psychiatric services, supervision, education and health promotion to individuals served at Bancroft and their families. Prior to Bancroft, MacPaintsil-Ostrom served as a nurse for Kennedy Health.

MacPaintsil-Ostrom completed her B.A. in psychology and master’s degree at Rutgers University and received her B.S. in nursing from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. MacPaintsil-Ostrom is ANCC certified in psychiatric mental health.

George McCandless, RN, CNS-C

George McCandless is an advanced practice nurse with forty years of experience treating individuals in the field of mental health. Prior to joining Marcroft, he held the faculty position of Instructor within the Department of Psychiatry at Rowan University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine where he provided behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

McCandless is ANCC certified in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mary “Molly” Agnes Voss, DNP, ANP-BC

Molly Voss is an advanced practice nurse with extensive experience treating individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Voss joins Marcroft from Bancroft, where she continues to serve as APN Leader for the Community Residential Program. She has held various roles in her over 30-year career, including primary care practitioner, case manager and childbirth educator.

Voss holds degrees from Georgetown University, Rutgers University and Wilkes University. She has made several presentations at conferences throughout New Jersey.
